Yachoo Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Sanmen County, Taizhou City. It is a professional enterprise engaged in the R&D, production and sales of rubber track products. Its main products include rubber tracks for agricultural machinery, rubber tracks for construction machinery and rubber track pads, which rank first in the domestic market share.

As one of the drafting units of the national standards for rubber tracks, the company has successively participated in formulating two national standards: GB/T20786-2015 Rubber Tracks and GB/T34232-2017 Rubber Track Pads, and its technical strength has been widely recognized by the industry. In recent years, it has won many honorary titles, including "Top 10/Top 8 Chinese Enterprises in Transmission Belts and Rubber Tracks" (the only exclusive rubber track enterprise) evaluated by the China Rubber Industry Association, "China's Strong Enterprise in Rubber Tracks", "Single Product Champion in the Hose and Tape Industry", as well as "Leading Enterprise of China's Agricultural Machinery Parts" awarded by the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association.

1991-2005
Rooted Local, Embark on Entrepreneurship
• In April 1991, the predecessor of the company, "Zhejiang Sanmen Adhesive Tape Products Factory", was officially established with a registered capital of 250,000 yuan, initiating the journey of exploration in the field of rubber products. • Focusing on the supporting needs of agricultural machinery, we started with basic adhesive tape products, gradually accumulating core rubber processing technologies and market resources, and laying a solid foundation for business development. • In 1999, the equity optimization was completed, and Mr. Wang Wenjie joined the shareholder team, injecting new vitality into the subsequent professional development of the enterprise.
2006-2017
Rebrand & Expand, Focus on Crawler Core Business
• 2006: Completed the shareholding system reform, officially renamed as Zhejiang Yachoo Rubber Crawler Co., Ltd., established rubber crawlers as the core business focus, and increased the registered capital to 5.8 million RMB. • Starting from 2008: Successively established long-term cooperative partnerships with well-known original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as Weichai Lovol and Yanmar Group, with the product recognition rising steadily. • 2011-2015: Conducted two substantial capital increases, raising the registered capital from 5.8 million RMB to 50 million RMB; the production capacity and manufacturing strength expanded in tandem. • Achieved continuous breakthroughs in core technologies, and gradually mastered key processes including constant-temperature rubber mixing and flame-retardant & anti-static compound formulations, laying a solid foundation for product upgrading.
2018-2024
Shareholding Reform & IPO, Lead Industry Standards
• September 2018: Restructured into a joint-stock company with registered capital up to 56 million RMB; completed standardized corporate governance transformation, paving the way for capital market entry. • Participated in formulating two national standards (GB/T20786-2015, GB/T34232-2017) for rubber crawlers and plates, cementing industrial technological discourse power. • 2023: Led drafting the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" Standard for Rubber Crawler Plates; won honors like "Single Champion in Manufacturing" and "Leading Agricultural Machinery Parts Enterprise". • Accelerated global layout with products exported to six continents, ranking 1st in domestic and top 3 in global market share in 2023. • Binhai New City’s new production base is under phased completion, with intelligent lines in operation to support capacity expansion and quality upgrading.
2025 to the present
A-Share Listing, Strive for Global Leadership
• December 18, 2025: Successfully listed on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code 001325, raising 485 million RMB in capital and opening a new chapter of capital-driven development. • Post-listing, we focus on core businesses, advance the construction of technical centers and capacity optimization, and add an annual production capacity of 550,000 rubber crawlers and 1.6 million crawler plates. • We deepen cooperation with world-leading customers such as Sany Heavy Industry and XCMG Machinery, while laying out green manufacturing and digital transformation to lead the high-quality development of the industry.
